Online coaching allows flexibility and accessibility of training, anytime and anywhere. Our experts design individual exercise and nutrition programs, monitor progress, and provide support through online platforms.
Personal training involves individual workouts guided by our experienced trainers. Each session is tailored to your goals, abilities, and needs, with a personal approach that ensures maximum progress.
Our experts help you prepare for competition with customized training, nutrition, and posing programs. We offer comprehensive support to help you achieve top results and confidently present yourself on stage.
Lifestyle coaching includes a holistic approach to improving your quality of life. Help in establishing healthy habits, balanced nutrition, improving sleep, and self-relationship to achieve optimal balance between physical and mental health.
1. Visit the Consultations tab: On our website, find the tab or section called "Consultations".
2. Choose a consultant (Urša or Gašper): On the consultations page, you will see the option to choose between consultants Urša and Gašper. Click on the name of the consultant you want to have a consultation with.
3. Book through the Calendly interface: After selecting a trainer, you will be redirected to the Calendly interface where you can choose a date and time for the consultation. Select an available time slot and click on "Book" or "Confirm".
4. Enter your details: When you select a time slot, you will need to enter your details such as name, surname, email address, and any additional information.
5. Confirm your reservation: Check the selected details and time slot, then confirm your reservation.
6. Receive a confirmation message: After successful reservation, you will receive a confirmation message to your email address with all the details about your consultation, including a link for a possible virtual meeting or the location where the consultation will take place.
There is no age limit for participation. In our program, we are open to all age groups who want to improve their health, fitness, or achieve specific goals. Whether you are younger or older, we will tailor the program to your needs, abilities, and goals. We expect interest and motivation to work on your health and well-being!
